What it does for a UAE business

  • One number for the team

    Sales, support and branches answer from the same number; conversations are assigned to people or workgroups.

  • Choose the UAE storage region

    Pick the UAE as the region where Meta stores message data at rest when you connect a Cloud API number (not available for coexistence numbers).

  • Templates, buttons and payments

    Reopen a chat after 24 hours with an approved template; send buttons, lists, carousels, WhatsApp Flows forms and payment links in AED.

How to connect it

  1. Pick the channel

    In Settings › Chat › Channels, click Connect, choose WhatsApp Business API (Cloud) and accept the agreement.

  2. Choose the country

    The country of your business sets the region where Meta stores the message data; the UAE is on the list.

  3. Log in with Meta

    Click Connect New Number and choose or create your business account and WhatsApp profile in Meta’s window.

  4. Verify the number

    Enter the 6-digit code sent by SMS or phone call. The number connects to MonoChat by itself.

Can we keep the number we already use in the WhatsApp Business app?

Yes. With coexistence the number stays in the WhatsApp Business app and is also connected to the Cloud API, for the accounts and numbers Meta allows. A coexistence number cannot use the UAE storage region.

What does choosing the UAE as the storage region cover?

It sets where Meta stores the message data at rest on the Cloud API. If your data must stay on your own servers, MonoChat can be installed on them.

Who charges the WhatsApp message fees?

Meta bills its fees directly to you, with no MonoChat markup. The AED rates for +971 numbers are on the pricing page.

Can we send broadcasts?

Yes, with approved templates. You can schedule a bulk message and filter recipients to customers whose Opt-in answer is Yes.
