monochat.ae describes MonoChat for businesses in the UAE. It is information, not an offer. The MonoChat service itself is provided under the terms you accept when you sign up at app.monochat.ai.
Prices
MonoChat prices on this site are in AED and are totals with taxes included. The plan you choose in the app and its terms decide what you pay.
WhatsApp message fees are set and billed by Meta. The rates we show are Meta’s published rates on the date stated, and Meta’s own page is the reference.
Rules and compliance
Pages about rules and regulations describe what MonoChat does. They are not legal advice, and you remain responsible for the rules that apply to your business and your messages.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and logos on this site belong to GridStudio or its licensors. Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and are used to describe integrations.
Links
This site links to other sites and services, such as WhatsApp, social networks and app.monochat.ai. Their own terms and policies apply there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
