What it does

  • Shopify, live

    Products, orders and abandoned checkouts come in every 30 minutes. Other platforms send them through the HTTP API.

  • “Where is my order?”

    The order is found by its number or the customer’s phone, with its status and tracking link.

  • Cart reminders, politely

    Up to three reminders, only to customers who agreed to marketing messages or wrote to you recently, with a weekly limit.

  • Click & collect

    Store Assistant reserves items per store, holds them for the time you set and reminds the customer.
