How to connect it

  1. Install the app

    Install ClickUp Lead Sync from Settings › MonoStore › Apps.

  2. Paste the token

    In the ClickUp desk, under Connection, paste your ClickUp API token, click Test and choose the Workspace.

  3. Add a lead rule

    Lead rules › New lead rule: trigger, filters and ClickUp list.

  4. Set reactions

    Optional: Reactions › New reaction decides what MonoChat does when ClickUp changes.
