Ziina
Ziina payment links, for small UAE businesses.
Ziina is a UAE payment app built for freelancers and small businesses. Connect it with your access token and MonoChat creates a Ziina payment for each order and sends the link in the chat, so a trainer, a home baker or a salon can get paid without leaving WhatsApp.

An access token from your Ziina business account.

The Send Payment Request node in your flows, or sector apps such as the hotel, garage and school assistants once a payment system is connected. You set the amount and currency and the link goes out in the chat.
What happens once the customer pays?

Can I refund from MonoChat?
Not yet. This connection creates and checks payments; make refunds in the provider’s own dashboard.
