What it does for a UAE business

  • Test before you go live

    Switch on Test mode to make test payments, then turn it off for real ones.

  • Any channel

    The same link goes out on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or web chat.

  • Paid means confirmed

    MonoChat checks the order’s amount and currency with Telr before marking it paid.

How to connect it

  1. Add the payment system

    In Settings › Payment › Payment Systems, click Create and pick the provider from the list.

  2. Enter the details

    A Title for your own reference and the Store ID and Auth key (switch on Test mode to try it first) from the provider’s dashboard, then click Create.

  3. Turn on the currency

    Under Payment › Currencies, switch on the currencies you accept; with several systems, Set as Default on one.

  4. Use it in a flow

    The Send Payment Request node sends the link in the chat, and the New Payment Received event continues the flow.

What do I need from Telr?

The Store ID and Auth key from your Telr dashboard. Test mode lets you try test payments first.

Who sends the payment link?

The Send Payment Request node in your flows, or sector apps such as the hotel, garage and school assistants once a payment system is connected. You set the amount and currency and the link goes out in the chat.

What happens once the customer pays?

MonoChat records the payment and the New Payment Received event continues your flow: a confirmation goes out, the profile is updated or the team is told.

Can I refund from MonoChat?

Not yet. This connection creates and checks payments; make refunds in the provider’s own dashboard.
