MonoChat vs Maqsam
Maqsam is a cloud contact centre built for Arabic-speaking businesses, strong on calls with local numbers and an Arabic AI agent that answers the phone. MonoChat is strong on messaging: eight channels in one inbox, visual flows and payment links in the chat. Which one you need depends on where your customers reach you.
