UAE businesses can now send payment links in a WhatsApp, Instagram or web chat conversation with the payment providers they already use.
MonoChat 3.8.36, released on 26 October 2026, added Tabby and Tamara for instalments, and Telr, PayTabs, Ziina, Tap, Mamo, HyperPay and Paymob. MonoChat 3.8.37, released on 28 October 2026, added PayPal. They join N-Genius, MyFatoorah and Stripe, which were already in MonoChat.
A business connects its payment provider on the Payment Systems screen. From then on, a flow can send a payment request with its own message text, and the industry apps, such as Garage Assistant, Hotel & Travel Assistant and School Assistant, send a payment link when a payment system is connected.
